Concrete Truss Screed

◇ Wayne concrete truss screed also know as vibratory truss screed, it's designed for processional on critical flatness concrete floors and pavements up to 200mm thickness. Truss Screed sections come in 2.54m, 1.32m and 0.71m lengths and can be combined to produce screeds up to 12m to suit specific job requirements. A powerful Honda engine and light weight though high strength aluminum alloy section screeds provides dependable and maximum performance on every job. Triangular frames and square tubes increase rigidity, while oscillating bearings with greased nipples extend service life and ensure easy to maintenance. All bolted construction eliminates weldment failure and allow for fast assembly without special tools by a single operator. Once the selected rail system has been set-up, slabs can be made at a rate of 1m/min. The T-bolt adjuster on vibrating truss screed provides quick, precise adjustments for flat, crowned or inverted strike-off.
