Ride-on Power Trowel

We used most advanced technology same as CM209 trowel machine on this rider to make it performs stability and maneuverability. It's powered by Honda GX690 engine and Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) provides superior performance by constantly adjusting the drive ratio to obtain torque and speed during all phases of finishing from low speed torque to high speed burnishing. CM207 ride-on power trowel has maximum rotor speed 200 RPM and the best working rotor speed is 160 rpm of which can significantly improve working efficiency. The blade arms are made of 20CrMnTi carburizing steel for longest service life. The reducer housing adopts cast aluminum one-piece molding process that can ensure strength while ensuring processing accuracy and quality. Enlarged worm gear is made of Tin bronze alloy of which for high temperature resistance performance. The clutch adopts double friction plates and three belts design, which has greater torque and higher transmission efficiency. The transmission shaft of this concrete power trowel machine adopts wire cutting technology and all the riders have undergone dynamic balance test before leaving factory.
